****************************************************** PR # 31197 ASCA observations of Seyfert2s revealed that almost all observed Seyf ert2s have soft-energy component. However, it is hard to estimate th e contributions of various possible origins to the soft component. Wh at we should do at first is to investigate simple targets which invol ves only one or two origins for it. Then we can apply the results to more complicated targets such as Seyfert2s with nuclear starburst act ivity. We select 3 targets, NGC5674,NGC7496, and NGC3660 as simple ta rgets. The criterion of the selection is not having a "elliptical" pa rent galaxy and not involving nuclear starburst activity. This criter ion is also effective to search emission lines emitted from photoioni zed light elements(Ne, Mg, Si etc.) in the vicinity of the active nu cleus. ******************************************************
