     We propose an ASCA observations of "New class of soft X-ray bright Se       
     yfert 2 galaxies" found in the sample of the ROSAT all sky survey. Th       
     ese objects are soft X-ray luminous (log(Lx/Lir)>-2) distinct from th       
     e classical Seyfert 2s. Starburst hypothesis is immediately ruled out       
      because of the X-ray loudness. In the case of AGN, the unified schem       
     e also fails to explain the large soft X-ray luminosity. The IZW1 typ       
     e object is the rest of our knowledge. Then we can expect this ASCA o       
     bservation to reveal the puzzling  property and potentially to addres
