     GRS1227+025 is a hard-xray source discovered with SIGMA telescope dur       
     ing its observation of 3c273. The source is apart from 3c273 by 15 ar       
     cminutes, and its flux at 40-80kev band was as bright as 3c273. There       
      are several soft X-ray sources within the SIGMA error box of GRS1227       
     +025, however, those  are hudreds times weaker than 3C273. It means i       
     f one of them is the counterpart of GRS1227, it has extraodinary hard       
      spectrum, e.g. heavily absorbed power law spectrum or so. With ASCA,       
      we would observe the sky including error-box of GRS1227+025 to see i
