      IZw1 type object is a unique class of AGNs which shows 1) narrow wid       
     th of permitted line , 2) strong FeII lines, 3) intense IR emission.        
     X-ray observation has been very limited for  a few sources so far, Bu       
     t they commonly showed steep X-ray spectrum and unusually rapid X-ray       
      variability. To obtain first soft/hard X-ray spectrum of the IZw1 ob       
     jects, and to examine the rapid X-ray variability, we propose to obse       
     rve IZw1, which is the proto type of this class, and 1H0707-495, whic
