     >From recent ASCA observations, poor cD clusters show peculiar phenom       
     ena around  cD galaxy. But only a few poor non-cD clusters has been o       
     bserved. It is  interesting to investigate its own characteristics, m       
     oreover it is important  to compare it with cD clusters in order to s       
     tudy cD galaxy. So we propose to  observe poor non-cD clusters A2634
