     We propose extended observation of PV phase cluster target of the Cen       
     taurus and the A1795 clusters of galaxies for the detailed study of c       
     ooling flow. Important ASCA discovery of the direct evidence of cooli       
     ng flow such as the presence of cooler component and excess absorptio       
     n and highlighted a problem of the atomic physics in the plasma model       
     s, so-called Fe-L problem. Now the plasma models are being corrected        
     and should be compared with the best data possible and current propos
