     The Lx-kT corretion of cluster of galaxies in high red-shift universe       
      (z=0.2)  is important to determin evolution of clusters of galaxies        
     besides the  evolution of luminosity function detected by Gioia etal.       
      However, ASCA has not  observed high red-shift clusters whose lumino       
     sity is about 2-5e44 ergs/s.  Then, we propose two poor clusters of g       
     alaxies A1331 and A914 in high red  shift. The observation extends th
