     We propose observation of multi z system QSOs in Braccesi Field with        
     ASCA. There is a concentration of 35 QSOs/1.7deg**2 with z = 0.2 - 2.       
     2 and are full observations of Einstein IPC/HRI, optical and radio. T       
     he main purpose of this observation is to acquire energy spectra of f       
     aint "normal" (not OVVs nor BL Lacs) QSOs effectively and to understa
