     Origin of the soft gamma-ray burst repeater SGR1806-20 has been solve       
     d with ASCA but the classical gamma-ray bursts are  still in mystery        
     in their origin. There are several ways to solve this enigra using th       
     e ASCA observation. In this proposal, we suggest to observe an X-ray        
     counterpart of the GB920501 which was located with several arcmin in        
     accuracy. RROSAT has carried out TOO to this location and found a wea       
     k X-ray source. However due mainly to a heavy absorption, only 18 pho       
     tons have detected. ASCA can do more higher energy observations, whic       
     h are free from absorptin and can make a spectrum to decide the type
