To study these cha nges at high signal-to-noise ratio and high spectral resolution, we p ropose to obtain near-simultaneous {\it ASCA\/}, {\it EUVE\/}, and {\ it HUT\/} observations of a dwarf nova $\sim $ once per day over an i nterval of 4--5 days during the transition from quiescence to outburs t or outburst to quiescence. {\it HUT\/} ($\lambda\lambda = 830$--185 0~\AA ) observing time is guaranteed. {\it EUVE\/} ($\lambda\lambda = 70$--700~\AA ) observing time is almost guaranteed. We seek approval for {\it ASCA\/} observations to complete the coverage of the waveba nds crucial to the study of th ******************************************************
