     GRS1915+105 is a hard X-ray transient discovered  in August 1992.  It       
     showed a power-law energy spectrum in 40 -- 300 keV without a               
     signature of high energy cut-off, exhibiting a common characteristic        
     of  black hole candidates.  The outstanding feature of GRS1915+105 is       
     the super-luminal motion of jets of material discovery  by VLA.  The        
     velocity of the jets is estimated as much as 92 \% of the light             
     velocity.  The energy spectra in the 0.5 -- 10 keV band has hardly          
     been  studied.  With ASCA observations, we will search for blue- and        
     red-shifted iron emission lines from the hot relativistic bipolar
