   Tenma and Ginga results strongly suggest that the galactic diffuse
   emission is a thermal origin. However, the origin is still unclear.(1)
   Whether is it due to a diffuse or an integrated emission from a lot of
   discrete sources (SNRs?)? (2) Does plasma parameters differ from place
   to place?
