   AD Leo is one of the brightest and most closely studied flare stars.We
   hope to learn about the general mechanism of flaring by comparingflare
   phenomena in a dMe star compared to our own Sun. The primaryobjectives
   are to develop a baseline of non-flare X-ray emissionproperties, and
   hope to observe one medium and several small flaresduring a one day
   observation.
