****************************************************** PR # 41081 SNR 0103-72.6 is the only "old SNR" in the Small Magellanic Cloud that has enough X-ray brightness for detaied spectral studies with ASCA. This SNR allows us to understand the relation between the SNR evolution and a wind blown bubble (DEM 125), and the connection between the SNR evolution and the host galaxy. It also provides us with reliable data for the SMC chemical abundances and the clues to solve the complex spectrum of the "young SNR" 0102-72.3 observed in the PV phase. ******************************************************
