   We observe three positions near the Galactic Center: (0',-125')
   (0',-150') (0',-175'). The Off-plane plasma is due to the expansion
   of the plasma heated up near the Galactic Center. We have an evidence
   of changing of the line emisson in AO3 phase. Is this due to the
   change of "nt" parameter and/or the history of the Galactic Center's
   thermal activities. We will study the mechanizem of the import of
   interstellar high temparature gases in AO4.
