****************************************************** PR # 41090 We propose 3 times 33 ks observations of NGC4258 (M106). M106 is a nearby (6.4 Mpc) spiral galaxy classified as a LINER. ASCA observed it in PV phase and found a strongly absorbed hard emission, presumably from a low luminosity AGN. The most wonderful thing about M106 is that its central (maybe) black hole mass and inclination angle are precisely determined by VLBI observations of water maser in 1995. We are planning to study variability and spectral feature especially Fe-K line in detail. ******************************************************
