****************************************************** PR # 41105 Warm ultraluminous infrared galaxies have L_FIR >10E12Lo and rather warm infrared spectra (25-60micron). Their number density in the local universe is comparable with that of cold ultraluminous galaxies and of quasars, so there must be an evolutional connection between them and the warm ones are considered to be in the intermediate states. We propose the observations of two warm ultraluminous galaxies in order to determine the quantity of the dust surrounding the central nucleus and to reveal the connection between ultraluminous galaxies ane quasars. ******************************************************
