****************************************************** PR # 41107 Super Eddington Sources (SESs) are themselves interesting objects to study in their mysterious high luminosity, spectral features, and time variability. From recent ASCA and ROSAT observations, we further consider that they could be related to more basic parameters of galaxies, thus may be to the evolutions. Although three galaxies containing SES were already observed with ASCA, we consider that further observations are crucial for the understanding of these enigmatic sources. We propose to observe 3 galaxies containing SES with luminosity > 10**39 erg/sec. ******************************************************
