****************************************************** PR # 41114 We propose to observe two ultraluminous infrared galaxies and to examine energy source in them using ASCA. Although they have huge far-infrared luminosity around 10**12Lsolar, their optical and near infrared emission lines indicate only starburst activity and there is no clear evidence for AGN. If IR luminosity comes from only starburst activity, it is the first example of the most powerful starburst, about 100 times more active than a prototype starburst galaxy M82. While if a hidden AGN is present, it is the first evidence of AGN through all wave length and it may be type2 QSO. ******************************************************
