   Generally Seyfert 2 galaxies are said to have an obscured Seyfert 1
   AGN. Ginga and ASCA have detected strongly absorbed powerlaw spectra
   from many Seyfert 2 galaxies and support this model. We propose to
   observe low luminosity radio galaxies with narrow lines in order to
   investigate that this model can be applied to radio galaxies.
