   We propose observation of new bright seyfert 1 galaxies which show
   strong Fe II line emission. These sources are selected from a
   complete flux-limited sample of hard point like sources from the
   ROSAT all sky survey. Follow up spectroscopy observation shows there
   are a large number of narrow-line seyfert 1 with strong Fe II
   emission. If there is some correlation between Fe II emission and
   hard X-ray emission, they could belong to "hidden population"
   contributing CXB above 2 keV.
