   PR # 41174
   We propose 4 pointing observations of a nearby radio-quiet quasar
   MR2251-178 in order to search for the transition from the warm
   absorber to the cold absorber along with the decrease of the X-ray
   continuum intensity. These observations will clarify the behavior of
   the warm absorber and the relation between the warm absorber and the
   BLR clouds. These observations have also the potential to determine
   the iron line structure from the relativistic accretion disk in a
   quasar.
