****************************************************** PR # 41250 It is important to investigate the formation and evolution of clusters by means of optical and X-ray observations. There are no good correlations between optical and X-ray parameters. The detailed optical observations ob Abell clusters $(z<0.1)$ in southern sky are carried out by ESO key programme. We have selected two rich clusters out of 107 A3158(z=0.0592) and A3128(z=0.0600). We make clear the correlation among the distribution of galaxies. ICM and dark matter in these clusters by combining ASCA data and ESO optical data. This gives a clue to investigate the \beta -problem, origin of ISM and cluster merging. ******************************************************
