****************************************************** PR # 41274 The Shapley Supercluster is one of the nearest Supercluster and the rechest in the nearby Supercluster. There are four clusters of galaxies (A3562, SC1329-313, SC1327-312, A3558) are in a samall region of ~10Mpc around the supercluster core. The sum of the gravitational masses of the four clusters is enough to confine the four clusters itselves gravitationally. The observational fact that EXOSAT flux around A3562 exceeds Einstain flux by factor of two implies an existance of diffuse X-ray component whose surface brightness is too low to be detected with Einstein. The prime purpose is to detect the diffuse X-ray emission. Probably its origin is hot gas confined by the supercluster gravitational potential. ******************************************************
