   We propose coordinated ASCA and already approved CGRO-OSSE
   observations of the two Sey2 galaxies NGC 526 A and NGC 2110. The
   main goal of this proposal is to study the broad band spectral
   characteristics (0.4-200 keV) of these objects. Both the objects are
   characterized by a flat primary spectrum with photon index in the
   range 1.4-1.6 and no evidence for reflection component. Togheter with
   few other objects, these two sources cannot be easily explained
   within the framework of the unified theo
