   We propose to observe two z > 2 QSO with ASCA. Both QSO are radio
   quiet and ROSAT PSPC observations have shown that they are bright
   enough for detailed spectroscopic studies. Up to now only radio loud
   highly redshifted QSO were studied with ASCA. The proposed objects
   can serve as examples of individual spectra of AGN contributing to
   the CXRB. Their extremely high luminosities can be used to verify the
   idea that radio quiet QSO are simply upgraded versions of Seyfert 1
