   IC342 is a nearby spiral galaxy with a distance of 4.6 Mpc. The X-ray
   emissionwas revolved into three point sources with EINSTEIN, whose
   intensites areseveral times 10**39 erg/s. One of them are identified
   as the starburstnucleus of the galaxy.
