   We propose the ASCA observation of star forming region near Rho Oph
   main body. There is a cluster of protostar candidates which indicates
   the existense of cold dust(f12/f60<0.4) including 20 menbers. 13 fo 20
   IRAS sources has no optical (R,I band) and near IR(K band) counter
   parts which indicates high NH value of log(NH)=23. ASCA has high
   sensitivity in the hard X-ray band (>4keV) and can easily detect such
   an embedded object.
