   Abstract Recent ASCA observations have revealed remarkable activity of
   pre-main-sequence stars on early stages in the hard X-ray band. In
   order to know the relationship between the activity and the stellar
   mass, the spectral type and the stellar age, we propose an ASCA
   observation of well-studied T Tauri stars, especially RU Lup,
   associated with nearby star forming region of Lupus 2 molecular cloud.
