   The young stellar object, Reipurth 10, is a bipolar nebulae found in
   the Coalsack darkcloud. The physical condition of the darkcloud is
   thought to be very different from other nearby molecular clouds,
   because it has extremely low star-formation activity. The first goal is
   to reveal the X-ray characteristics of Re 10 formed in such a unique
   condition. On the other We found re 10 has an intermediate
   characteristics in the IRAS SED between ASCA detected and undetected
   protostars. The second goal is to check whether IRAS SEDs can be good
   indicators of X-ray detectability.
