   We will conduct quasi-simulataneous X-ray, optical, and radio
   observations of soft transient X-ray sources to search for coherent
   pulsations from the neutron star. In the pulsation searches in X-ray
   wavelengths, it is crucial to have strong constraints on the orbital
   elements, which we will obtain optical observations. At radio
   wavelengths we will also search for pulsations, which is of importance
   from evolutionary senario of the neutron star and its magnetic field.
