   We propose to observe low velocity dispersion elliptical galaxies,
   NGC4494 and NGC4976. The purpose of the proposal is to determine
   temperature and gas distribution of the galaxies to study the
   dependence of dark matter distribution in elliptical galaxies on
   stellar velocity dispersion. We also study the effect of SN Ia heating
   in elliptical galaxies.
