   We propose to observe two LINER galaxies NGC4569 and NGC4192 with no
   broad H alpha emission line. LINERs are quite numerous in nearby normal
   galaxies. Although ASCA observations of LINERs with broad H alpha
   component revealed they are low luminosity AGN, X-ray properties of
   LINERs without broad H alpha line are almost unknown. Comparing broad
   band ASCA spectra with multi wavelength data including HST UV images
   and spectra, we evaluate the emission mechanisms of LINERs. NGC4569
   shows a compact (<a few pc) UV nucleus, while from NGC4192 no UV source
   is detected at the center. They, especially the latter object, are also
   good candidates of obscured low luminosity AGNs, which may make a
   significant contribution to the X-ray background.
