   Elliptical galaxies can be divided into two classes according to its
   isophote shape. These are disky galaxies and boxy galaxies. The Hubble
   sequence of Im-spiral-S0 is connected to disky ellipticals. The
   sequence is continuous from S0's to disky E's. However, it is not clear
   whether boxy ellipticals is connected to disky ellipticals or not. To
   clear this problem via X-ray observation, we propose ASCA observations
   of disky galaxies, NGC6876 and NGC2974.
