   It has not been known how energy is distributed in jets among proton,
   electron, and magnetic field, and therefore it is difficult to study
   the mechanism in jets. Recently ASCA discovered the inverse compton X-
   ray emission from radio lobe, and succeeded in obtaining energy
   densities of electron and magnetic field individually. However proton
   is still remained. Thus, we propose to obtain the inverse compton
   emission from radio jets in the intracluster medium to obtain the
   energy density of proton, electron, and magnetic field individually.
