   We propose an ASCA observation of NGC4151 simultaneous with XTE.
   Because of strong absorption in this object, the simultaneous ASCA/XTE
   measurement of the profile of the K-alpha line will be much more
   accurate than it is possible with ASCA alone. It will also determine,
   for the first time, the line profile TOGETHER with the Compton-
   reflection and intrinsic spectrum. This will allow us to test for the
   presence of an accretion disk as well as to constrain its inclination.
