************************************************************************* 51175 ASCA observations of many Seyfert I's confirm the warm absorbers with ionized oxygen(OVII & OVIII) edges. They are ionized by the intense continuum X-rays from the nucleus. The distance from the central source is estimated to be about 10**17 cm based on its time variability. Such distance is similar to those of the BLR clouds, which are also derived from the reverberation of different optical broad lines. The density is higher in BLR, while the temperature is higher in the warm absorber, then the pressure is close to each other. We would like to examine the relationship of the warm absorbers and BLR clouds by comparing their variability in X-rays and optical line emission. Once this proposal is accepted, optical observatories will be organized to perform the coordinate observations. *************************************************************************
