************************************************************************* 51178 ASCA observations for Seyfert 1 galaxies has provided many new insights to the X-ray reprocessing from the material in the nuclei: firm spectral signature of the warm absorber(e.g. Matsuoka et al. 1994), and the iron K fluorecsent line being broad and skewed to the low energy end of the spectrum(e.g. Tanaka et al. 1995). Those feature show the physical condition of the nuclear matter in the active galaxies clearly, and strong evidence for the presence of a massive black hole. In order to investigate the general properties of AGN, we need to extend the these spectral studies to other Seyfert galaxies. However, detailed spectral study requires bright X-ray sources. Here we propose observations of two bright Seyfert 1 galaxies, Mrk352 and PG2304+042. *************************************************************************
