   51181
   H0707-495 is a and was observed with ASCA during AO-3 phase. It showed
   unusual X-ray spectrum consisting of soft blackbody like spectrum and
   hard power law, which is similar to that of steller black hole
   candidate in its high state. We found the X-ray inensity of this source
   decreased by facor of 1/30 from its detection by HEAO-1 sat to ASCA
   observation. We expect this source will exhibite spectrum transition
   from hight state to low state, the latter is characterized with usual
   single power law spectrum observed commonly in AGNs.
