   Hard X-ray characteristics of Narrow Emission Line Galaxies (NELGs) are
   difficult to be understood in the current unified Seyfert scheme. In
   order to elucidate the nature of NELGs, we need to observe the
   brightest NELG NGC5506. In addition, recent soft X-ray observations
   have shown that relatively distant NELGs are important contributers to
   the soft X-ray background. We propose to observe a NELG belonging to
   this population, which was discovered by the Einstein EMSS.
