****************************************************** PR # 53 Science: Rho-Ophiuchi (Rho-Oph) is one of the nearest star-forming region, whose X-ray emission is considered as low mass pre-main sequence stars (PMSs)origin. The X-ray flare has been observed frequentry, and from its spectra andtime scales the emission mechanism of X-ray is thaught as magnetic processwhich is similer to that of the Sun. At the central region of Rho-Oph, thereexists a moleculer cloud and no emission has been observed from there byprevious soft X-ray spatial observations; however, hard X-ray emission may beobserved through the cloud because of its high transmissivity.Calibration: There exists a lot of X-ray emitting stars in Rho-Oph. Therefore, the observation of this region can test the ability of separating crowded pointsources each other. ******************************************************
