************************************************************************* 53024 We propose to observe a recently discovered radio-loud quasar, RXJ1459.9+3337 (z=0.65) which has a radio spectrum that is highly inverted and peaks at 30~GHz. The level of synchotron self-absorption implied by this extreme source makes it the most compact radio source known. We wish to establish if the X-ray spectrum is similar to other radio-loud quasars and whether the high energy densities implied in the core of the object result in X-ray absorption. *************************************************************************
