   The links between X-ray and gamma-ray properties of Blazars are
   tantalising, but not clear. ASCA observations of three gamma-ray bright
   blazars will enable beaming and the existence of possible thermal
   features to be studied. Good values for the non-thermal power-law index
   will allow direct comparison with the EGRET gamma-ray spectra and
   enable us to study the possible Compton upscattering link between the X
   and gamma-ray emission.
