   Polar and Intermediate Polar have been recognized as the subclasses of
   Magnetic Cataclysmic Variables. They are, however, considerably
   different with each other on various aspects, such as mechanical
   properties and emission spectral components etc. It is suggested from
   optical observations that 1H1752+081 is truely an "intermediate" system
   between Polar and Intermediate Polar. We propose 60ksec observation of
   1H1752+081 in order to (1) measure the rotational period of the white
   dwarf, (2) detect the soft blackbody component, and (3) measure the
   mass of the white dwarf. This observation enables us to investigate
   relation between Polar and Intermediate Polar for the first time at the
   hard X-ray bandpass.
