************************************************************************* 61072 Recent discovery of the Annihilation fountain close to the galactic center is one of the most dramatic results of the OSSE instrument onboard CGRO gamma-ray satellite. Plausible coincidence of the spatial distribution of the line at 511 keV from positron annihilation with the galactic spur reported at 408MHz would be a signiture of a jet or a wind from the nucleus of our galaxy. We propose to (1) study the physical condition at the annihilation site and (2) identify the outflowing wind triggered by the past star burst activity. *************************************************************************
