   We propose to observe the elliptical galaxy, NGC 4406, which is
   stripped its interstellar medium by surrounding Virgo intracluster
   medium. We will observe metal distribution in interstellar medium and
   metal pollution mechanism of intercluster medium by ram-pressure
   stripping.
