   We propose an ASCA observation of the megamaser source NGC 5793. The
   source exhibits Dopller shifted H2O maser lines with the NRO 45-m,
   which shows existence of a heavy galactic nucleus. The mass is
   estimated to be heavier than 1.5E8 times solar-mass (Hagiwara et al.
   1997). We proposed to measure the AGN emission and to determine the
   mass accretion rate of the galactic nucleus. It is expected that the
   results reveals a descendant of quasars.
