   The study of the absorption line system, especially , metal-rich system
   is one of the most advancing subject in the current experimental
   cosmology. X-ray observation has an important role to determine the
   total column density. Here, we propose the X-ray observation of
   PKS2145+067, whose information available for the metal-rich absorption
   line system at z=0.791 is greater than for any other metal-rich system
   studied by HST.
