   We propose to observe the radio galaxy 3C120 to see any similarities
   and/or differences in the line profile from those of Seyfert 1 galaxies
   and to see whether or not the broad, skewed, profile of the iron line
   is really emission from matter within a few Schwarzschild radii of a
   black hole. According the previous ASCA observation of this source, we
   will be able to have a line profile with the same quality as that of
   MCG-6-30-15 by a 200 ks observation. From a constraint on the
   inclination angle of jets of this source given by the superluminal
   motion, we will be able to discuss the origin of the line profile in
   terms of the diks-line model. At the same time, it might be possible to
   see changes of the innermost accretion disk associated with the jet-
   activity.
