While, ROSAT deep observations revealed that narrow emission line galaxies are numerous at faint flux level and their spectra are flatter than QSOs. Then they could be significant contributor to the X-ray background. We propose to observe nearby bright low luminosity Seyfert 2s to measure spectral slope, amount of absorption, iron emission lines. Our aims are (1)to understand X-ray spectral properties of low luminosity Seyfert 2 galaxies and to compare them with Seyfert galaxies higher luminosity (2)to test whether they contribute to the X-ray background or not based on their X-ray spectra. *************************************************************************
